The purpose of this project was to create a new shapefile based on existing data.  In this case, students gathered data from the Grey Bruce Transportation Consortium and traced boundaries from online maps.  Students were asked to create a map for our own school boundary and all students were assigned another school.  We created a set of shapefiles for all high schools in Grey and Bruce Counties.  Students were encouraged not to accept the defaults for colours, but many ignored this advice!
