Farmer's Markets Near the GTA

The purpose of this activity was to explore local food options. Students began by looking at markets in Southern Ontario. Students then created a buffer to determine which markets were within a 100 km. radius of downtown Toronto. This was a lesson prepared by the ESRI Canada K12 education staff. Students expanded on this topic with another local food map in a later assignment.
